We require an enthusiastic and proactive HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering a proactive, forward-thinking HR operational advice and support service across the Trust.
You'll be an experienced HR professional who understands how to achieve our Trust vision and values through the provision of an excellent HR operational advice and support service, working in partnership with academy leadership teams on all employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution, and supporting leaders through Trust/Academy change programmes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will be a confident communicator, able to work with diverse audiences, with proven experience across all aspects of operational HR delivery, a sound understanding of employment legislation, and the ability to effectively translate it into your practice, ensuring any organisational risks are identified and well managed.
You will have experience of effectively managing your own ER caseload, as well as the ability to contribute and support HR related projects, to drive change and improvement throughout the academies you support.
You will have a calm, organised nature, with the ability to work professionally to strict deadlines, respond effectively and efficiently to challenges, and bring vision and drive to make things happen.
Finally, the successful candidate must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure they regularly visit the academies they partner with, maintain positive and successful working relationships with colleagues across the Trust, and spend time with the central HR team to support project work. It is therefore important that you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
