Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Deliver on-page SEO, content optimisation, and support technical SEO initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, KPIs, and conversion data
  • Produce clear, insightful reports and present findings to clients
  • Support and contribute to client strategy meetings
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including content, creative, and strategy
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Practical experience managing
    PPC campaigns
    and supporting
    SEO projects
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4 & Search Console
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz or similar
  • Confident using Google Tag Manager (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset and strong willingness to learn

Desirable:

  • Experience in paid social advertising
  • Basic CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications
