We're recruiting for an experienced Consumer Strategist to own and activate the Masterbrand strategy across the UK and Nordics. This is a high-impact role blending strategic leadership with hands-on campaign delivery across consumer, HCP and communications channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the 5-year Masterbrand strategy for Northern Europe.
  • Lead planning, execution and optimisation of Masterbrand campaigns across consumer, HCP and communications.
  • Localise global creative and partner with media and creative agencies.
  • Embed consumer-first capability across cross-functional teams.
  • Drive measurement, monitoring and continuous improvement using data and insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in consumer marketing, ideally in healthcare or another regulated sector.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing Masterbrand or brand equity strategies.
  • Strong track record in campaign localisation, agency management and cross-functional influence.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimising campaign performance.
  • Excellent communicator and leader, comfortable working across multiple markets.
