Non-Rotational Graduate Programme -
This graduate opportunity is designed to develop your capabilities across the full spectrum of HSSEQ disciplines. You will be part of our site HSSEQ team, gaining valuable insight into how an Upper Tier COMAH site identifies, assesses, and manages risks to ensure they are reduced to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP), in line with legal requirements.
Although the programme is not rotational, you will have the chance to work on assignments across various HSSEQ functions including environmental, process safety, human factors, and emergency response planning. This broad exposure will help you build a strong foundation in both technical and operational aspects of health, safety, security, environment, and quality.
Your role will involve contributing to both project-based initiatives and day-to-day activities focused on identifying and managing safety, environmental, and health risks.
The programme is structured to support your professional development, helping you apply your learning in a practical context while growing your technical skillset across HSSEQ. About You
Our ideal candidate will be a Graduate with a Masters Chemical engineering degree or relative degree.
Our ideal candidates will be highly driven, dedicated and focused individuals, who are willing to learn and develop within EET Fuels. They will be required to be highly literate, with exceptional IT skills in Microsoft programmes.
Successful candidates will be required to be confident communicators, both in written and verbal styles, and hold the confidence to present to a wide variety of Stakeholders; both internally and externally. Resilience and willingness to take responsibility will be highly sought after characteristics within our successful candidate.
