We are currently looking for a Carer - Bank Staff - Day and Night to join our dynamic team in Croydon. Hours of Work: part time or full time
As a Carer, your role will involve supporting tenants with personal care, assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and safeguarding their dignity and well-being. You will work flexibly across day and night shifts to meet the needs of our residents, delivering kindness and professionalism every step of the way.

Duties
: This role involves supporting tenants with personal care, assisting with meals and domestic tasks, recording care and risk assessments, and responding promptly to their evolving needs. You will help foster an environment of respect, privacy, and dignity, ensuring our tenants feel valued and cared for every day.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a caring role, ideally in a residential setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
