About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced
Treasury Analyst
to join a dynamic Group Financial Controls team. This role is central to delivering accurate and timely cash flow reporting while driving continuous improvement across finance processes. You'll work closely with senior leadership and regional finance teams, contributing to strategic initiatives that support the growth and maturity of the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of liquidity management and daily cash position reporting across the Group
  • Support cash flow forecasting and analysis of actual cash flows
  • Manage internal and external debt, bank mandates, and the rationalisation of bank accounts
  • Drive treasury-related risk management, including delegation of authority for payment approvals
  • Maintain strong treasury processes, including bank reconciliations and audit support
  • Evaluate and implement treasury systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Partner with the CFO, Group Financial Controller, Senior Financial Controller, Regional Controllers, and FP&A teams
  • Deliver clear and insightful monthly analytics to support management decision-making

What we're looking for:

  • Experience:
    Ideally you will have a minimum 5 years in Finance, with at least 2 years in a Treasury-focused role
  • Education:
    Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Technical Expertise:
    Strong knowledge of treasury operations and cash flow management; advanced Excel skills
  • Certifications:
    Certificate of Treasury Fundamentals, International Cash Management Certificate, or similar (preferred)
