Responsibilities

  • Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in every dish served.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to optimise workflow and productivity.
