Scheduling Administrator

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team in organising and managing appointments efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be proficient in office tasks. Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for engineers - Coordinate appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements and follow ups are made - Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly with excellent phone etiquette - Perform clerical duties such as data entry and document preparation. Requirements: - Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Scheduler - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in office tasks including typing, computerised systems.Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet scheduling needs If you are a proactive individual with strong organisational abilities and enjoy managing appointments efficiently, we encourage you to apply for this Scheduler position.
