The opportunity

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering a full-scale renovation and fit-out, coordinating all aspects of construction, design, and delivery. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring a bold vision to life—creating a space that blends style, comfort, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project lifecycle from planning through to handover

  • Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and procurement

  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, interior designers, and contractors

  • Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams

  • Drive quality and efficiency throughout the build process


About you

  • Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in hospitality or leisure

  • Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure

  • Familiarity with contract administration and project management tools

Desirable

  • Experience with design-led refurbishments or adaptive reuse projects

  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy efficiency

  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful design
