Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at NurtureVille Nursery in the UK. This role is vital in delivering high-quality care and education to young children, contributing to our mission of fostering a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursery team in delivering exceptional childcare.
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies as needed.
- Promote a positive nursery environment that encourages learning
Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential).
Proven experience working in a nursery or similar setting (essential).
- Strong management and leadership skills (essential).
- Excellent communication skills (preferred).
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices (essential).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (preferred).
- Driving license (not essential but beneficial).
