Job Description
If you would like to work for an exciting, expanding company, that thrives on training in a role that has great potential to grow, then please keep reading The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for providing an ongoing and efficient customer focused support service to Property Managers and clients. Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Client & Customer Interaction – Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely and grammatically correct responses.
  • Service Standards & Communication – Maintain politeness, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions while meeting customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution & Administration – Address portfolio-related instructions, monitor contractor service delivery, and process insurance claims efficiently.
  • Property Visits & Monitoring – Accompany Property Managers on site visits and ensure service levels are upheld.
  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving – Assess situations logically, provide reasoned responses, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Continuous Improvement – Actively seek ways to enhance service delivery, identify trends, and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications And Skills
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets).
  • Industry specific systems (e.g. Propman / FixFlo) knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A good communicator (both written and oral), able to motivate both the direct staff and on-site staff to provide a user friendly and customer orientated management service.
  • Organised and proactive.
