Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related gatherings to promote the company's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
