Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineering Delivery Manager. The Engineering Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing program timelines, and leading project teams. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The position is located in Haydock, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Program Management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Team Management abilities
  • Consulting skills to advise and guide stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering engineering projects within safety-critical environments
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus
