The Role

As part of the
People Services team
, the Benefits & HR Systems Data Analyst will act as the first point of contact for all benefits and HR systems-related queries. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate benefits and HR system data, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring all regulatory and governance standards are met.

This role combines benefits administration, HR systems support, reporting, and employee-facing advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programmes, including enrolments, changes, and leavers
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee benefits and HR system queries
  • Support employees during benefit enrolment periods and with benefit-related issues
  • Liaise with benefits providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Maintain data integrity across benefits platforms and HR systems
  • Produce people and benefits reports for audits, management, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain benefits documentation and support audit activity
  • Develop and distribute benefits communications in line with benefit windows
  • Act as subject matter expert for benefits on projects, acquisitions, and system changes
  • Support HR systems project work alongside the systems team
  • Track benefits milestones using a benefits diary and proactively manage key deadlines
  • Issue letters relating to benefits and HR systems
  • Continuously review and improve benefits processes for efficiency and employee experience

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in benefits and HR systems administration
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits processes
  • Experience using HR systems and benefits platforms (Access XD, Vista, Insights Reporting desirable)
  • Experience in report writing and data analysis
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A collaborative team player able to support colleagues when required
