Are you looking to start a career in the kitchen, bedroom, and furniture design industry? Extreme is a luxury design-led brand seeking a passionate and motivated Trainee Kitchen Sales Designer to join our dynamic team.

No prior experience is required—just a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in design and client service. You'll receive full training and support to grow into a Sales Designer role, managing your own clients and projects, with access to our rewarding commission scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the studio team with day-to-day duties
  • Support design work using CAD software
  • Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to creative design projects for high-end properties
  • Maintain organized project documentation throughout the design process.

  • Enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in design demonstrated through education or previous roles
  • Driving licence and vehicle is a bonus but not essential
