We're looking for an experienced, socially switched-on
Events Coordinator
to help us plan and execute standout IRL events that bring the Evntful experience to life. This is a unique opportunity to shape the social side of dating in London and work closely with a growing, creative team.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan & Coordinate IRL Events:
    Help us run fun, fresh, and engaging singles events across London from themed parties and casual meetups to venue takeovers and brand collabs.
  • Partnerships:
    Assist with sourcing cool venues, influencers, brands and helping build relationships with London bars, IRL activities, clubs, and spots that vibe with our community.
  • Event Promotion:
    Work with the team to support the promotion of events across our app, social media, and newsletters.
  • Sales & Outreach:

Proactively reach out to brands, potential partners and magazines to drive collaborations, sponsorships and media coverage.
- On-the-Ground Presence:
Be the point person at events - managing setup, logistics, and vibes to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests have a great time.
- User Feedback Loop:
Chat with attendees and gather insights that help us keep levelling up the Evntful experience.
- Collab with Team:
Work hand-in-hand with the ops, marketing, and creative teams to make sure every event aligns with our brand and user needs.
