We're seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Jobber to support our teams on varied building and refurbishment projects nationwide.

Job Summary:

This is a hands-on, site-based role ideal for someone with a background in general building work. You'll assist in all areas of construction, working closely with skilled trades on projects involving joinery, plastering, tiling, brickwork, and more. The role involves travel, long hours, and staying away from home when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with joinery, plastering, painting & decorating, structural works, brickwork, and tiling
• Support tradespeople with materials, setup, and general site tasks
• Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain clean and safe work environments
• Erect/dismantle temporary structures (e.g., fencing, hoardings)
• Follow instructions and site safety rules at all times

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• CSCS Card (valid)
• UTR Number (for CIS registration)
• Must have own tools (subject to inspection at interview)
• Able to work long hours, including night shifts, weekends, and 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to travel and stay away across the UK when required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure

Desirable:

• Previous multi-trade or labouring experience in a construction environment
• Manual Handling / Working at Height training
• First Aid certification
