The Role
We are partnering with a unicorn-backed fintech equalizing access to capital for immigrants globally. - Refine search to ensure deep penetration of specialized talent pools: regulatory expertise, diaspora networks, and emerging market talent.
- Analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel across geographies.
- Drive high-velocity execution of recruitment work-streams with accountability for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Engage, influence, and collaborate with functional leaders to increase talent density while reducing time-to-hire.
- Optimize process to create exceptional candidate experience.
