Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This internal-facing role is ideal for someone experienced in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple vacancies at any given time while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles, from intake briefing to offer and onboarding.
- Handle high volumes of vacancies (50+ at any given time) while maintaining accuracy and organisation.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and priorities.
- Coordinate candidate communications, confirmations, and interview scheduling.
- Optimise and maintain the ATS, ensuring data integrity and smooth process flows.
- Support People & Culture initiatives, including onboarding enhancements, process improvements, and recruitment projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing high-volume internal recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with ATS systems and internal recruitment processes.
- Exposure to recruitment projects or process improvement initiatives.
