About Ogilvy
Ogilvy UK has been creating iconic ideas that deliver impact at scale for clients ever since David Ogilvy founded the company in 1948. Ogilvy UK specialises in bringing together brand advertising, customer experience marketing, PR, influence and consulting, all fuelled by Behavioural Science. Our world-class award-winning creative campaigns deliver solutions for clients including Molson Coors, Mondelēz International, Unilever, Vodafone, Viasat, and many more.

In 2023, Ogilvy UK celebrated their 75th anniversary and was the most awarded agency in Europe. Ogilvy is home to the largest influencer marketing practice globally and hosts the world's biggest festival of behavioural science and creativity, Nudgestock – now in its 12th year.

The Role
As a forward-thinking and inclusive creative agency, Ogilvy is expanding its team to meet the demands of executing global creative and strategic campaigns for two major B2B clients. This growth opportunity is for a seasoned professional with experience as a dynamic, determined Account Director. In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding client relationships grounded in trust and mutual respect and delivering the best work of our lives for our clients.

Your leadership will inspire teams, foster innovation, and orchestrate impactful campaigns. With your finger on the pulse of industry trends, you will drive the evolution of our offerings and seize strategic growth opportunities.

Your expanded role entails ensuring a unified strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring seamless delivery. Effective communication will be instrumental in cultivating a strong partnership that maximises creative potential and achieves shared objectives. Embracing a culture of agility and innovation, you will optimise processes and champion a continuous improvement mindset. By monitoring campaign outcomes through data analysis, you will drive enhancements and make strategic course corrections when needed.

Your contributions will shape the trajectory of our clients' success and reinforce Ogilvy's position as a global creative and strategic leader. Together, we will fuel business growth while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative organisational culture.

The Clients
Our B2B clients are global powerhouses. This role will be supporting clients in the satellite connectivity and aerospace engineering sectors, specifically major global leaders during exciting, innovation-led transformations. The work we do for these clients is truly integrated, bringing together B2B marketing, PR, influence, and behavioural science. From building out product propositions to global go-to-market plans, to the creation of advertising, activation, internal comms, digital assets, social, and content – from podcasts to thought leadership reports, films to event stands – this role will cover the full gamut of B2B marketing and prove that B2B is far from boring.
