ABOUT THE JOB
As a Visual Merchandiser at CHANEL, you will report to the VM Manager and will play a key role in upholding and elevating the brand's visual identity across our boutiques. Guided by CHANEL's global image standards, you will realise and maintain compelling window displays, style mannequins, in-store presentations to create an unparalleled client experience. Your expertise will bridge our global vision with the unique character of each boutique, ensuring a consistent and inspiring environment.
What impact you create at Chanel
- Champion Visual Excellence: Ensure the boutique is consistently reflect CHANEL's visual merchandising standards, adapting displays to boutique needs and seasonal directions.
- Anticipate Product Rotation: Regular VM rotation is the key, maintain an ongoing dialogue with retail teams & VM manager to optimise product presentation and rotation
- Engage Boutique Teams: Communicate VM concepts clearly to boutique team, fostering understanding and alignment with the brand's visual identity.
- Upskill the Team: in collaboration with the VM manager you will Organise and deliver regular training sessions for boutique staff, enhancing their understanding and execution of VM guidelines.
- Maintain Visual Records: Regularly update boutique displays via photographs on the IWD platform and prepare notes for upcoming VM projects.
- Foster Best Practices: in collaboration with the vm manager & the boutique director you will Identify and develop in-boutique VM talent, providing ongoing support, training, and animation.
- Coordinate Rotations: Lead the regular rotation of displays within CHANEL and MOI spaces.
