Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Respectfully assist clients with personal care needs, fostering dignity and independence.
- Wellbeing Support: Engage in activities that promote mental and physical wellbeing, be it through a chat or assisting in hobbies and recreations.
- Household Tasks: Assist in light household chores, helping maintain a clean and organised home environment.
- Meal Preparation: Help in preparing and serving meals, assisting clients during meal times if necessary.
- Community Engagement: Promote Home Instead through community outreach and protect its reputation through high standards of service.
Requirements
- Compassionate Nature: No previous experience is required; your kindness is your qualification.
- UK Work Right: Valid right to work in the UK.
- Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Transport: Availability of reliable transportation for home visits and other errands.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional skills in organising and managing time efficiently.
