We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Co-ordinator to support our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) team. This is a key administrative role that helps ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, supports audits and inspections, and contributes to maintaining our QHSE accreditations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update QHSE documentation, procedures and records.
  • Assist with QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Log incidents and support investigations and corrective actions.
  • Track training records, certificates and compliance documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare reports and performance summaries including KPIs.
  • Communicate QHSE updates and support training and inductions.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the organisation.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a QHSE administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience supporting audits and using document control systems (e.g., SharePoint).

Desirable skills and experience:

  • IOSH or similar safety certification
  • Experience in a similar industry or with data analysis
