Arddun Agency are looking for some temporary showroom interns to join our London PF26 Showroom from the 12th-19th of December.

This is a great opportunity to join a small but exciting wholesale agency as we meet with our clients globally. You will gain key insights into how the wholesale industry works and will be supported and nurtured during your time with us.

Duties/Responsibilities
SHOWROOM
Assisting upload to digital online platform and creation of line sheets per brand.

Monitoring sample shipments from each brand, return shipment at the end of selling season.

Assisting with showroom set up for all brands.

Ensuring the showroom is always kept tidy and presentable.

Front of house responsibilities welcoming buyers to appointments.

Assisting with model dressing and that looks are presented to the highest standard. Any other ad hoc analysis.

ADMIN
Diary management for appointments.

Help with deliveries and tracking shipments/ payments.

Help send compile and send out all digital assets to all clients.

Any adhoc duties needed by the team.

Skills/Requirements
Studying for a degree.

Excellent PC skills, including MS office and Excel.

High level of attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Be based in London or accommodation available to them.

A strong, proactive team player.

Flexible and enthusiastic.

Well organised with excellent attention to detail and works well under pressure.
