Located in a historic spot where the Strand and Fleet Street meet, 180 House spans two slots and features an outdoor terrace, a rooftop pool and views over the city. A go-to destination for an elegant lunch or dinner, the eighth-floor dining room offers an elevated experience. Casual dining can be found in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.

The Role…
We are seeking an experienced
Pizza Chef
to join our Central London team at
180 House (WC2R 1EA)
. You will be responsible for making the pizza dough, preparing ingredients for toppings, assembly and cooking through either a pizza or wood fired oven.

What We Are Looking For...

  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen focusing on high quality pizza
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon – Weds – 8am – 1am

Thurs – Fri – 8am – 3am

Saturday – 9am – 3am

Sunday – 9am – 11pm
