Duties

  • Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
  • Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail designs and colour choices.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised after each use.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments.
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen carefully to clients' needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
