Who We're Looking For
You'll hold a clinical qualification in one of the following:
- Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Occupational or Educational Psychology
- Social Work
- Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech and Language Therapy
You'll also have:
- Current registration with HCPC, NMC, SWE, SCW or SSSC
- Formal training and experience delivering ADOS and ADI-R assessments (ideally online)
- Experience assessing both children and adults (preferred)
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria
What You'll Do
As a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you'll:
- Conduct high-quality autism assessments using gold-standard tools (ADOS, ADI-R)
- Deliver an average of 2 ADOS *or* 1 ADI-R assessments per day
- Opportunities to work with clients across all age groups
- Apply your clinical expertise to provide accurate diagnoses and meaningful recommendations
- Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
- Produce clear, detailed clinical reports, with dedicated admin time built into your schedule
- Offer constructive feedback and post-diagnostic guidance to clients and families
- Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives
