Who We're Looking For

You'll hold a clinical qualification in one of the following:

  • Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Occupational or Educational Psychology
  • Social Work
  • Nursing
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Speech and Language Therapy

You'll also have:

  • Current registration with HCPC, NMC, SWE, SCW or SSSC
  • Formal training and experience delivering ADOS and ADI-R assessments (ideally online)
  • Experience assessing both children and adults (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria

What You'll Do

As a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you'll:

  • Conduct high-quality autism assessments using gold-standard tools (ADOS, ADI-R)
  • Deliver an average of 2 ADOS *or* 1 ADI-R assessments per day
  • Opportunities to work with clients across all age groups
  • Apply your clinical expertise to provide accurate diagnoses and meaningful recommendations
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
  • Produce clear, detailed clinical reports, with dedicated admin time built into your schedule
  • Offer constructive feedback and post-diagnostic guidance to clients and families
  • Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives
