Duties

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Widnes Team on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Operations Administration Team Lead, the successful candidate will provide general support to all areas within the Operations Team. This is a fully site-based role.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • To build strong, proactive relationships with your team and co-workers
  • To complete all administrative duties within agreed time scales
  • To produce and process dispatch paperwork, raise purchase orders and scan various documentation
  • Liaise with 3rd Party logistics via email and phone
  • Prioritise your workload effectively
  • Continuously review all activities adopting a "can do" and proactive approach
  • Be compliant with all legislative and statutory requirements

We Are Looking For

  • The successful candidate should have good numeracy and statistics skills and must have knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of SAP and RF systems would be significant advantage
  • Flexibility is required to meet the varying administrative tasks that the role requires
  • You will strive for excellence in your accuracy of information whilst maintaining a calm approach
  • You should have the ability to meet all strict deadlines
  • You must be customer focused, providing excellent service at all times and it is essential that you're a good team player
