South Lee Prep School and Nursery are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working and inclusive staff.  

We are seeking a reliable, committed and capable person who will provide one to one support in the classroom with an individual pupil. You will have experience of one-to-one working.  

You will:

• have experience of working with children (preferably with SEN and ASD experience) 
• have the ability to use their own initiative in supporting the learning needs of our pupils 
• have the ability to communicate and motivate children 
• have a flexible and committed approach to working as part of a team.
