We have multiple roles available across the South East region. Please specify your locality when applying.

All new carers will attend a comprehensive 1-week training program in Tonbridge, with accommodation provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each client's needs
  • Support clients with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Ensure clients' safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times
  • Provide peace of mind to clients' families through clear communication and compassionate care
  • Assist with light housekeeping, hygiene, and nutritious meal preparation
  • Accurately report, record, and maintain care records
  • Support clients with medication and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed
  • Collaborate with Care Consultants and fellow carers to ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Adapt to clients' changing needs and undertake additional duties as required
  • Complete all mandatory and ongoing training provided by Consultus Care

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for caring and making a positive impact
  • Previous care experience is an advantage, but not essential-full training provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs
  • Commitment to attending a 1-week training program in Tonbridge (accommodation included)
  • Willingness to work across the South East region-please specify your locality in your application
  • Right to work in the UK
