An exciting oppurtunity has arisen to join our team of milking staff on a 900 cow herd near Newport, Shropshire. The cows are milked twice a day in a rotary parlour, and their welfare is paramount.
This is a full time position working in a team of 3 on a rota of 11 days on followed by 3 days off.
It involves 1 milking per day Monday to Friday and 2 milkings per day every other weekend.
Each milking is @ 5.5 hrs.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
The successful applicant will be punctual, reliable, honest, numeric and literate taking a pride in their work with excellent attention to detail.
