Job Summary
We are seeking a senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, deploying, and optimizing LLM-powered solutions. This role requires a focus on evaluating, experimenting with, and continuously improving the quality and performance of AI systems, including tuning models and workflows. While experience in machine learning is a plus, it is not a strict requirement for this role. Proficiency in Python is preferred.
In this role, you will
Collaborate with product, design and legal teams to design and build LLM- based solutions to complex business problems.Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs to support AI- driven features.Develop tools and workflows for data extraction, semantic search, and document analysis.Implement and work with agentic flows and enable tool use within AI systems.Design, build, and maintain robust evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure the performance and quality of LLM-powered solutions.Use evaluation results to drive iterative improvements and tuning of AI systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience working with LLMs (e.g OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph).Strong programming skills, with Python as a plus.Experience with evaluating, experimenting with, and tuning AI models and solutions.Experience designing, implementing, and using evaluation frameworks for AI systems, particularly LLMs.Familiarity with backend development, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.Knowledge of ML concepts and tools (e.g PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is advantageous but not required.

Exposure to legal tech, data privacy, or document processing solutions Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
