This is an excellent opportunity to join Fine Print, a creative and innovative company based in Witney, Oxfordshire, with over 30 years of continued growth.

We are seeking a hardworking and meticulous fulfilment supervisor to run our busy warehouse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Key roles include managing inventory and staff, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, optimizing warehouse layout and efficiency, and coordinating with transport companies to sort out any issues.

Operational duties

  • Oversee daily operations: Manage all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Pick & Pack, working alongside the current member of the team to pick and pack orders as they arrive.
  • Customer Meeting: Ensure items are delivered and collected as requested and all stock is logged back in and cost captured
  • Implement policies: Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient space utilisation. Reconcile inventory with data storage systems and report on stock levels.
  • Coordinate logistics: Schedule deliveries, manage dispatch, and liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
  • Maintain equipment: Ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.

Strategic and administrative duties

  • Stock Report – Send weekly stock reports to main users.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and delivery issues.
  • Process improvement: Analyse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures for greater efficiency.

This role is based in Witney, working 8.30am to 5:00pm including a 30-minute lunch break.
