Locum Commercial Contracts Solicitor - Full Time & Part time roles – Remote Working – Up to £60 per hour umbrella

Venn Group's specialist legal team are currently working with a
Local Authority
who are seeking
two
experienced Commercial Solicitors to join their team on a
full time and part time, remote working basis.

Role Overview:

Position:
2x Commercial Contracts Solicitors

Location:
Remote working

Contract Length:
Initial 6 months contract with the possibility for extension

Rate:
Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella)

Key responsibilities:

  • Cover a wide range of contracts work, including but not limited to
    , service agreements, grant funding, construction, social care, and estates
  • Provide legal support
    to the Local Authority and ensure necessary compliance
  • Provide
    clear and strategic level advice
    to key stakeholders within the organisation

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Public Sector experience is essential
  • Ability to work independently, providing expert legal advice on all commercial matters
