My client, a global multi-billion dollar hedge fund, are looking to hire an Interim HR Operations Associate into their London office on a 12 – 18 month FTC.
This an opportunity for a HR professional looking to take a step up to move into a role with a HR Manager remit, working with exceptional HR professionals, facing off to a range of industry leading traders / portfolio managers.
The hire will take on a broad Generalist remit, working with the Global Talent Lead and a Senior HR Manager to run year-end performance management processes. As the firm broaden their European footprint – the hire will be able to take the opportunity to step into a lean team in London and take complete ownership of HR operations delivery and all areas of the employee lifecycle. The hire will work also work to manage HR data management at a time where the firm is actively veering towards making HR a more data driven function.
The ideal candidate will have 4 – 8 years of experience as a HR Generalist / Operations Specialist / HR Manager at a hedge fund or asset manager, however, the firm is happy to consider candidates from a technology or fintech firm.
This is a business-critical hire (he/she will be treated as a permanent employee), so the firm are committed to paying a very attractive total compensation package that will include a substantial step up on base salary, a bonus up to 40% and fantastic benefits. A top performer could easily earn up to a £100k TC annually. There will also be some WFH flexibility for the successful candidate.
