About Us:

We are a lively bar in Hanger Green, Ealing, serving a wide range of food and drinks in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as bar and waiting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly
  • Prepare and serve drinks behind the bar (training provided if needed)
  • Keep the bar, floor, and tables clean and well-presented
  • Handle payments and operate the till
  • Recommend food and drinks and answer customer questions
  • Work as part of a team to deliver smooth and efficient service
  • Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous bar or waiting experience (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
