We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Visual Merchandising Production Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of visual merchandising installations across nine European Villages.
About the role
You will oversee the end-to-end production process for all visual merchandising elements, including façades, window displays, in-mall installations, and seasonal décor.You will manage multiple concurrent projects across all VillagesYou will translate creative concepts into executable production briefs and technical specifications.You will source and manage production vendors across EuropeOversee logistics planning, including shipping, customs (if applicable), and on-site delivery schedules.Supervise installation teams during key campaign rollouts and troubleshoot any on-site issues.Role requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in visual merchandising production or project management, ideally in a multi-site retail or luxury environment.Extensive previous experience in production management, including fabrication, vendor coordination, and multi-site rollouts.Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and installation logistics.Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and materials used in visual merchandising installations.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project).Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel across Europe during key campaign periods.There's no one quite like us
