About the Role
We're excited to offer opportunities for Commis Chefs to join our vibrant team at Butlin's.

Working as a chef here means being part of something special—creating memorable dining experiences for our guests across a variety of venues, from the welcoming Beachcomber Inn to a retro American Diner and a crowd-pleasing chicken restaurant. Each menu is designed to surprise and delight, and you'll play a key role in bringing it all to life.

We believe variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you'll have the chance to grow your skills across multiple kitchens, each with its own style and pace.

You'll be guaranteed 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven including weekends with the option to pick up paid overtime too.

Shifts are throughout the day, from early morning starts at 6am to late finishes around midnight, so flexibility is important.

If you're relocating, live-in accommodation may be available, subject to a DBS check, helping make your move as smooth as possible.

About You
We're looking for Commis Chefs who bring more than just enthusiasm— we need people with real kitchen experience, even if it's just a few months. This isn't a role for complete beginners, so if you've spent time in a professional kitchen and know your way around the basics, we'd love to hear from you.
