We're looking for a friendly, creative Activities Coordinator to join our team Your main focus will be planning and organising enjoyable, meaningful activities for our residents. It's a role where you'll bring fun and connection into their daily lives without feeling overwhelmed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan a monthly activities schedule with a variety of simple, enjoyable events for residents.

  • Manage our community's Facebook profile, sharing updates and photos from activities a few times a week.

  • Write a monthly newsletter with short updates about recent events and upcoming activities.

  • Organize daily activities, ensuring there's something fun and engaging for residents to look forward to.

  • Build positive, friendly relationships with residents, listening to their preferences for future activities.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a love for working with people.

  • A happy-to-help attitude, always ready to make the day enjoyable for our residents.

  • Basic organisational skills to keep things running smoothly without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Willingness to care for and support our residents, creating a warm and inclusive environment.
