NHS Trust Legal Team
in
Salisbury
. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a broad, influential in-house role where your expertise drives safer care, reduced risk, and major cost savings.

Role:
Healthcare Solicitor – NHS Trust

Location:
Wiltshire – Hybrid/Remote

Contract Length:
3 months with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

Healthcare Advice

• Consent, capacity, data protection, Mental Health Act, regulatory issues.
• Adult and children's services.
• Manage High Court applications in-house for significant savings.

Disclosure Requests

• Support police and local authorities in childcare and criminal proceedings.
• Handle complex childcare matters at the South west regional centre for children.

Claims Management

• Manage Clinical Negligence & Third Party Claims under NHSR schemes.
• Work closely with clinicians to robustly defend Trust interests.

Inquests

• Support and represent staff at Coroner's Court.
• Liaise with local Coroners on a substantial inquest portfolio.
