bioMérieux
is looking for a
motivated and organised Graduate HR Intern
to join our UK & Ireland HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a global organisation that makes a real impact on public health.

What You'll Be Doing
As our HR Intern, you'll work closely with the HR Business Partner to support the day-to-day operations of the HR function. You'll gain exposure to:

  • Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Training and development initiatives
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee engagement and internal communications
  • Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Supporting global HR projects and initiatives

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:

  • A recent graduate with a keen interest in Human Resources
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • An excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A team player who can also work independently

Understanding of UK employment law is a plus, but not essential.
