We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced finance team. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with group reporting standards. You will work closely with the Finance Business Partner and collaborate across the business to deliver timely and accurate financial information.

Main Responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Complete all tasks in line with the group month-end timetable.
  • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
  • Post journal entries and assist with accruals and prepayments.
  • Support month-end close processes and assist with reporting requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvements as required.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
