Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
  • Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as required.
  • Navigate efficiently to various locations while maintaining accurate delivery schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the delivery vehicle.
  • Assist in warehouse duties when not on deliveries, including inventory management and stock organisation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
  • A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record is essential; commercial driving experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
