Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Nail Technician to join our dynamic team at The Lounge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of nail services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional manicures and pedicures, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Specialise in BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) manicures, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalised service and advice.
  • Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
  • Promote salon services and products, enhancing the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • At least 1 year of experience with BIAB manicures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proactive, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive salon environment.
  • Relevant certification or training in nail technology.
