The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our in-house Customer Service team. In this role, you'll provide support across all customer service functions for Rioz Global, our clients (brands), and their direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers. You'll be the voice of Rioz and the brands we represent, handling everything from delivery updates to general product and service queries. You'll also support our account managers, allowing them to focus on higher-value work.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to queries from both our clients (brands) and their D2C customers via phone, email, and live chat and customer service platforms
- Chase courier shipments and resolve delivery or order issues
- Provide updates on orders, returns, and general inquiries for a range of brands selling direct-to-consumer
- Support Rioz account managers by handling routine customer requests
- Log and escalate more complex issues to the relevant team member
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions
- Deliver a friendly, professional service in every interaction—representing both Rioz and our partner brands
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience is preferred but not required – full training provided
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre) is a bonus but not essential
