Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinate commercial resource including:

• Financial monitoring and forecasting.

• Process Commercial invoicing through our ERP system.
• Personnel tracking to ensure appropriate resource is available to support events.

• Reporting to Commercial leadership on areas of resource risk and opportunities for efficiency.

• Support event planning and execution. Activities to include:

• Support with travel arrangements.

• Engage with stand builders and expo organisers to support the BD team.
• Work with the Brand Team to support increase brand awareness.

• When required, attend defence show and support BD engagement.

• Support Project Management requirements from the Commercial Team and where required the wider business.

• Assist with wider business activity, coordinating with agencies and external organisations where required
• Must have the ability to prioritise and support ad hoc tasking outside the core responsibilities highlighted above.

Qualifications And Experience

• Experience of producing and editing written content
• Experience in an environment where time and quality are driving factors
• Willingness to gain qualifications and pass suitable training
• Knowledge of Defence/Aerospace/Maritime industry is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated
• Superior MS Office/Adobe skills
• Current NSV clearance or able attain clearance.

Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with UK National security clearance required for certain roles.*
