About the Clinic

BeGlobal is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, physician-led medical clinic in London, Ontario. The clinic provides a collaborative environment, experienced administrative support, and access to a loyal patient base. This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking to build or transition their practice in a growing Ontario community.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will join a supportive, collegial environment with flexible scheduling and autonomy in practice style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-scope family medicine services
  • Conduct routine checkups, chronic disease management, and urgent care
  • Prescribe and manage medications in line with best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation using the clinic's EMR system (e.g., Accuro)
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and community partners
  • Promote patient education and preventative care

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution
  • Fully licensed or eligible for Independent or Provisional License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to new graduates and internationally trained physicians

Compensation & Incentives

  • Revenue Split: 70/30 – 80/20, depending on experience and billing volume
  • Access to mentorship and experienced support staff
  • Supervision available for physicians under a Provisional License
  • Flexible scheduling with potential for long-term growth and partnership
