We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Café Team Member to join our team at La Fleur If you enjoy working with people, take pride in what you do, and love being part of a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board.

What we're looking for:

  • A positive attitude and great team spirit – someone who enjoys working with others and brings good energy to every shift.
  • Hardworking and dependable – you take pride in doing things well and keeping the café running smoothly.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset – you enjoy chatting with customers and making them feel welcome.
  • Barista experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide full training for the right person

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving food and drinks, including sandwiches, pastries, and coffee.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and ensuring food safety standards are met.
  • Taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing friendly, efficient service.
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive, welcoming café atmosphere.
