Breakfast Club Leader – Term Time Mornings
£20 per session | 8:00–9:00 AM | Monday–Friday | Term Time Only
We're looking for a caring and reliable Level 3 Early Years or Childcare professional to lead our morning Breakfast Club. You'll create a warm, calm start to the day for children aged 3–11 — preparing simple breakfasts, supporting play, and ensuring they're ready for school.
About the Role
- Lead and oversee the breakfast club each morning (8:00–9:00 AM, Monday to Friday, term time only)
- Support breakfast routines and activities for children aged 3–11, including nursery-aged pupils
- Ensure EYFS welfare requirements are met for under-5s
- Supervise and guide assistant staff
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organised environment
Pay & Contract
- £20 per session
- Part-time, 5 hours per week (term time only)
- Permanent position with ongoing training and support
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (must be full and relevant)
- Experience working with children aged 3–11
- Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene (training can be provided)
- Enhanced DBS check (arranged and paid for if required)
- Friendly, proactive, and dependable approach
