We're now looking for a Part-Time Supervisor for our Westbury site to support our management team and help us continue delivering the exceptional service and delicious products we're known for.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the bakery. From helping to lead the team on shift, to ensuring our standards are met, and our customers leave happy – you'll be a vital part of our store's success.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step into a supportive leadership role within a much-loved local business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team with daily operations, including opening/closing the store, managing shift tasks, and maintaining store presentation
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering friendly and attentive service
• Motivate and guide team members during shifts, ensuring everyone is working together smoothly and effectively
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
• Be a point of contact for both team members and customers during your shifts

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.31 per hour
